Yes! All consultations, personal training sessions and coaching can be carried out virtualy via Zoom or Skype.

how much does your training & coaching cost?

My personal training & coaching packages vary. My packs always cover mindset & nutritional guidance, that will help make that lifestyle change outside of the gym. That’s why all my packs and programmes have a holistic approach, focusing on exercise, nutrition and Self empowerment.

what if I have an injury or medical condition?

I am skilled and trained on muskleskelonton injuries as a licensed Athletic trainer. However, you should get clearance from your physician before participating in physical activity.

meet Quan.

On my wellness journey I’ve worn many hats - Licensed Athletic Trainer; Olympic Weight Lifting Coach; Sports Performance Coach; Personal Trainer and more. I’ve been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, nutrition, physical therapy, and group training.

Although I’ve spent my career working with the athletic population, which was an awesome experience working with so many high performance athletes, I now focus on my passion of uplifting women to invest in themselves through wellness and nutrition.
